Navigating the pandemic: Guiding brands through messaging in uncertain times with visually compelling art direction.
As the lead designer and art director for one of our most downloaded reports of the year, I played a pivotal role in shaping this essential piece on messaging during the COVID-19 pandemic. At a time when brands were seeking guidance in navigating uncertain times, I was responsible for driving the majority of the art direction, ensuring the visual representation effectively conveyed the message.
To achieve this, I designed overlapping tracks that created a clear path and sense of direction, serving as a metaphor for maneuvering through the crisis. This report not only highlights the opportunities for companies to support their customers and build long-term brand equity but also emphasizes the importance of fostering loyalty through proactive communication, authentic connections, and comforting messages. In doing so, businesses can create a foundation for substantial long-term brand equity gains, even amid the challenges posed by the pandemic.
