Take a look at this thought-provoking series of editorial visuals I had the pleasure of art directing. Each piece was crafted to complement a compelling set of articles that dive into the rise of right-wing authoritarianism in the U.S. and its global context. As the art director, I was responsible for brainstorming the overall style, visuals, and details to perfectly capture the essence of each story. This particular project focused on the aftermath of the Jan. 6 insurrection at the Capitol and the alarming increase in undemocratic behavior among U.S. conservatives compared to their right-of-center peers in other Western democracies.
