Context

AI+WORK opened a conversation about how artificial intelligence is reshaping the way we work.

Designing a New Conversation

How do you design an event around something that’s still changing?

AI+WORK brought people together at the Chamber to explore how artificial intelligence is changing the way we work. I created the event’s visual identity and carried it through the space and screens, with a goal of making a big, complex topic feel approachable and open to discovery.

From Early Ideas to a Shared Experience

AI became part of my process from the beginning. I used image generation for most of the early explorations, experimenting with what the relationship between people and technology could look like.

Some concepts blended offices with server rooms. Others used architectural forms inspired by the Chamber’s brand geometry. I worked through prompts, iterations, and image selections, then paired those explorations with typography, color, and brand patterns to develop the design directions.

It was a chance to explore the event’s central question through my own work: how does AI change the way we create?

Taking the Design Into the Room

From the early concepts to the final event materials, I considered how the design would work across the stage, screens, and physical space.

I wanted it to feel curious and energetic while keeping information easy to follow. Color, typography, and patterns connected the different pieces, giving AI+WORK its own identity within the Chamber’s brand.

Meet the AI Orb

The AI Orb was an on-screen element I developed to connect the sessions. It returned between conversations, bringing movement and personality to the program and giving the audience something familiar throughout the day.

Those transitions became another place for the identity to come to life, helping carry the event from one conversation to the next.

Making AI Part of the Atmosphere

The topic gave me room to experiment with how an event could look and feel. Environmental graphics, screen visuals, and the Orb brought those explorations into the space.
